Financial Policies

Q:

How is Learning Lighthouse able to provide educational support for homeschool families?

A:

Donations and Volunteers fund our home education support for families

Homeschool Class Meetings are funded by donors and can only operate when fully funded.

Financial and Partner support efforts are essential in holding weekly class meetings.

All time committments, service commitments, and financial commitments are due as agreed upon for classes to remain active.

Bookkeeping costs are the responsibility of the donor for pledges sent outside of planned due dates.

Pledges that are not kept will result in suspension of classes as funds are not available to pay for space and instructors.

Partner Role commitments that are not met will result in a financial support requirement in its place, assessed each month, with all financial policies in effect.

When support is more than 30 days past due, participation will be suspended and offered to another family in order to keep classes open.

To unenroll or change enrollment, please send your 60-day notice to the Board of Trustees: [email protected]
